This blog was founded in August 2015 and is being brought to you, the fan, by blogger/editor/podcaster Josh Beeman. Born and raised in Sacramento, Josh quickly established himself as the leading independent source of news and commentary on Sacramento Republic. During his time at Reckless Challenge, he set a standard of consistent coverage of the team, on and off the pitch, through his match reports, interviews, and his one-of-a-kind podcast, Beeman’s Republic.

Already in its second year, Beeman’s Republic is the longest-running consistent podcast covering USL action. In this one-man show, Josh covers a unique combination of topics concerning the Republic, the Northern California youth game, and USL in general. His guest roll includes top coaches, team executives, players, and the President of USL himself. The show is recorded live, every week on KSSU, CSU Sacramento’s radio station, before being released on Android and iTunes. We’re proud to bring it to you here at Indomitable City Soccer.

We strive to bring you current, relevant information on the club and the league, but we can’t do it alone. We invite fans to submit comments on every story and to submit your own stories as well.
