This week’s episode of Beeman’s Republic centers around the always fun topic of USL Expansion.

In the first segment, Josh talks to Kurt Austin, General Manager of newly announced Swope Park Rangers to get a sense of what the new team is all about and find out the interesting story behind their name.

Then, in the middle segment, Josh compares the 2015 USL Expansion class to the two that came before it, trying to pick out a theme in each one.

Finally, Josh also covers some local Sacramento soccer news, including Octavio Guzman’s return to Sacramento Republic and a quick update on the Sac State Men’s Soccer Team.
