Sacramento Republic FC defender Nabilai Kibunguchy highlights a class of four newcomers who signed on to play college soccer at UC Davis on Wednesday.

An Elk Grove native, he played for FC Elk Grove before joining the Republic FC Academy and attends Cosumnes Oaks High School. Kibunguchy, who has a goal in 17 games and 16 starts for the team this season, is one of seven from the Republic FC Academy who signed letters of intent to play Division 1 soccer on Wednesday.

Also joining the Aggies in the fall are forward Sean Nagle, a Santa Rosa native who plays club soccer for Santa Rosa United, left-footed attacker Luke Hazel from Rancho Santa Fe and Saratoga native Martin Formica.

Hazel plays for Rancho Sante Fe Attack Academy and attends Saint Augustine High School in San Diego. He's also one of the few recruits you'll find who has his own website: www.lukehazelsoccer.com.

Nagle has a highlight video on YouTube you can check out.

The Aggies were 8-10-3 in 2015, but did pick up quality wins over in-state rivals UC Irvine and Cal Poly in back-to-back games in mid-October. Their season ended with a third loss of the season to UC Santa Barbara in the semifinals of the Big West Conference Tournament.
