Five Stories
Charleston's Home Unbeaten Streak is Over
In the shadow of MUSC Health Stadium's new scoreboard on a rain-soaked pitch, Eastern Conference table-leaders Louisville City ended Charleston's home unbeaten streak at 29 matches. This record will stand in the history books, as nearly 750 days passed since the Battery's last home loss - May 10, 2014, 0-1 to Wilmington.
FC Montreal, Finally Victorious
Last week, we wrote about another FC Montreal loss, but Saturday, the Quebec side recorded their first win of 2016. After eight winless matches to begin the year - seven of which were decided by one goal - FC Montreal notched a one-goal victory of their own, on the road over Richmond.
FC Cincinnati Continue to Climb
Another great crowd at Nippert Stadium was on hand to see FC Cincinnati defeat Harrisburg, 2-0. FCC is currently riding a six-match unbeaten streak, and have risen to third in the Eastern Conference. With the next three matches at home, FCC will be looking to challenge for the top spot soon.
Rio Grande Valley FC Building Momentum
RGVFC exit the week on a five-match unbeaten streak. They shared points with fellow top-half club, Saint Louis FC, with a draw Sunday night. Another match against San Antonio FC awaits this Saturday, and the Toros can move into the top four with a win.
Los Dos Keep Scoring
LA Galaxy II added to their league-leading goal tally, scoring four in a win against Arizona United SC on Saturday. Ryo Fujii and the league's scoring leader Jack McBean had two goals each, and combined for all but one of LA's shots. Republic FC and the league's stingiest defense welcome Los Dos to Bonney Field this weekend.

For another week, Louisville sits comfortably atop the East. Charleston drops a spot after their loss, as FC Cincinnati replaces them in the top three. Orlando City B moves into the eighth spot after spending the first few weeks of the season in the cellar. At the bottom of the table, FC Montreal earn their first points of the season.

Another loss keeps Sounders 2 at the bottom of the table.
