Sacramento Republic FC are off to 2-0 start: What are the contributing factors?

We want to hear your thoughts Republic fans.

Over the last two seasons, Sacramento Republic FC have started the season relatively fast. Last year, the Republic started 3-0, and in 2016, the Quails started 2-1-0 before dropping their first match. This year they’ve won their first two. So what’s the big deal?

Well, maybe it’s much to do about nothing, but maybe there is something here. In consulting with a few of my fellow contributors at Indomitable City Soccer, and judging by fan reaction over the last two weeks on social media, there seems to be a different level of excitement around THIS squad and THIS 2-0 start.
