In an effort to keep things fresh for you during this coronavirus shutdown, Sacramento Republic FC have been hustling to try and keep us occupied, and on Sunday, that means they’ll be streaming a regular-season game from the 2019 season, the home win over OKC Energy FC.
The game, which came this week a year ago, featured a hat trick from a Sac Republic player. Remember who that was?
In addition, during the stream, which will take place Sunday at 2 pm PT, the club announced that SRFC players and roommates Drew Skundrich, Matt Mahoney and Sam Werner will be on Twitter, evidently providing some in the know commentary while the stream is going on.

Join us tomorrow at 2pm as we relive last season's #SACvOKC, with @Matt_mahoney18, @SamWerner10 and Drew Skundrich taking over our Twitter!

Here’s the stream below, but you won’t be able to watch until 2 pm on Sunday. Presumably after that, it will be available moving forward on demand.
While obviously we’d all love for this global pandemic to be over and the live games to come back, it’s nice that teams are streaming games like this and here’s hoping they continue to go back in the archive for good games to watch back.
What do you think? Do you remember this game? Your biggest memory from it? Let’s chat in the comments below.
