This week’s Beeman’s Republic episode concentrates mainly on two topics: the return of Ivan Mirković and the race for top Western Conference playoff seeding.

The first segment of the show deals with Mirković’s return and what it means for Sacramento Republic going forward. Possible changes in personnel selection and formation are specific topics touched on.

The show’s second segment centers around the playoff race, including some change over time of fan sentiment regarding the Republic’s playoff destiny. There is also a little bit of talk about how loan players from the San Jose Earthquakes factor into the playoff push at all.

This week’s featured listener questions, submitted by Matthew Webber, Keith James, and Nick Burr, were sprinkled around the show.
