It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a team with in possession of a talented roster, must have to deal with players leaving from time to time.
All of us here in Sacramento were reminded of that truth this offseason, which has seen quite a few popular players move on to new clubs and new opportunities. However, this is not the first offseason that the Republic said goodbye to some players.
In fact, the Republic have a fairly impressive list of alumni for a team with such a short history. To highlight that fact, we have compiled a pair of lists of former players from the last two seasons. We also plan to keep up with them throughout the year, highlighting notable moments like this fantastic Rodrigo Lopez goal a few weeks ago.
