Republic Alumni Report: August 29th, 2016

Almost all the Republic alumni we're tracking were in action this past week. Catch up with how they're doing.

Rodrigo Lopez - Celaya FC, Mexico

Started, played 77 minutes, and scored a beautiful first goal in Celaya's 5-0 thrashing of the Venados. That's Roro's first goal of the season after scoring 5 last year for Celaya.

Dakota Collins - SK Bischofshofen, Austria

SK Bischofshofen’s season is underway. No sign of Dakota as of yet.

USL

Gabe Gissie - Bethlehem Steel

Gissie did not leave the bench in the Steel's 1-0 loss to Louisville City FC.

David Estrada - Charlotte Independence

Started and played 62 minutes of Charlotte's 1-0 loss to the Charleston Battery.

Harrison Delbridge - FC Cincinnati

Came on as a 53rd minute substitute in FCC's 2-0 loss to New York Red Bulls II.

Chad Bond - Saint Louis FC

Started and played the full 90 in Saint Louis' 2-0 loss to San Antonio FC.

Ivan Mirković - Orange County Blues FC

Started and played the full 90 minutes in Orange County's 1-0 loss to his former team and our beloved Republic.

Zev Taublieb - Wilmington Hammerheads

Came in as a late sub in the 74th minute of Wilmington's 2-2 tie against defending champions Rochester Rhinos.

Carlos Martinez - Tulsa Roughnecks

Came off the bench in the 55th minute of Tulsa's 1-0 loss against the OKC Energy.

Kaleemullah Khan - Tulsa Roughnecks

Started and played 76 minutes in Tulsa's 1-0 loss to the Energy.

NASL

Justin Braun - Indy Eleven

Out with an injury.

Nemanja Vukovic - Indy Eleven

Started and played the full 90 minutes in Indy's 1-1 draw with Thomas Stewart's Ottawa Fury.

Thomas Stewart - Ottawa Fury

On Wednesday, Stewart was out with an injury during Ottawa's 0-0 tie to Miami FC.

On Sunday, Stewart came on as a substitute in the 56th minute and scored in the 59th minute for Ottawa in their 1-1 draw against Indy Eleven and his former teammates.

Mickey Daly - Carolina Railhawks

Luckily for Mickey, he wasn't in the Railhawks lineup during the huge 6-1 loss to the New York Cosmos.

MLS

Patrick McLain - Chicago Fire

Was not in the 18-man roster for the 6-2 loss to DC United.

Jake GleesonPortland Timbers

Gleeson started, played the full 90 minutes, and made one save in Portland's dramatic 4-2 win over the Seattle Sounders.
